Welcome Book creation

tried searching for this and couldnt find anything. Is there a website or service that helps create a welcome book to have rental information, instructions, etc?

I am with @John Underwood. I just use Word (well LibreOffice) to create the pages either in the word processor or their version of PowerPoint. I put it all in sleeves in a thin 3 ring binder.

I add all sorts of brochures, flyers, menus etc from all the local places in sleeves as well.

A page with all the emergency contact stuff. Directions to the small hospital 19 miles south of our house, etc etc.

So far it does get used and the more info I put in there, the less chance of calls about simple things.

I put in there how to use the remotes, how to add streaming channels if it isn't already listed.

I just put in some Bluetooth speakers (Edifiers from my deals of the day thread) so I am making a sheet for that so folks can connect and listen to tunes.

It is a tablet system that has a bunch of functions. Allows you to sell services, collect info etc.
