Just giving a quick prayer out to those who are living in the destruction zone for Helene and those that have properties in those areas.Post when you can so we know you are doing OK.

First, I would build your CORE 4 wherever you're investing which consists of finding a great Realtor, contractor, property manager, and attorney! 

Plus, many build-to-rent options come with property management baked in, which can be a huge benefit if you prefer a hands-off approach.On the flip side, BTR properties can sometimes come with a higher upfront cost or a longer timeline to start generating cash flow, especially if construction is still in progress.

Does anyone know anything about what Reedy Company status is or do you have a good contact there?

Unless you are a corporation, then I am not aware of one.

This way you know you are in good hands and that it will take minimal involvement from your end on all aspects of your investment.
