Hi everyone, 

I'm excited to be in the BP Community. I am new to the whole real estate business. As I'm in the beginning process of trying to purchase my 1st small duplex investment property. I'm thrilled I took the initial step to get started and put the knowledge I have been reading about into actions!!!
