I don't advise TK investments even though the cash flow might offer good returns it seems to me the TK companies prosper in the areas where there is a big disparity of prices. 

Haven't looked in a few months but I do remember there being a disparity between the two areas.

The disparity between $1260 and $300 is not going to escape the tenant's notice or be beyond her/his math ability to calculate.

Prices are going to have a very wide range due to the level of blight in certain areas.

Just go into it with eyes wide open.

We don’t accept credit cards for rent, but do accept them widely in our other businesses (and that is the experience I’m basing my comment on). 

We have a wide variety of resources and networking connections. 

I did to have the thought of it making its way into the street, but this property is on a street that is only one car width wide, so if it did make it onto the street it would need to make itself quite a ways down to the next road, to not block all other traffic.

@Paris Beitel  Many MLS systems have a Public side that is wide open to anyone.
