Biggest thing about Cleveland is knowing the difference between all of the neighborhoods. Prices are going to have a very wide range due to the level of blight in certain areas. I recommend you utilize The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods as a foundation of your Cleveland market research.
