Yeah, I’d see it as just a hope and a prayer that it came to fruition....2 years later, your buyer can’t buy, so you can’t buy, owner gets a trashed house back.....not very appealing.

It is very rare for cases to go into large amounts and even then those are appealed and reduced in the courts many times before final settlement is reached.

Allstate Insurance came and checked for 5 minutes and straight denied and told me to appeal.
