I'd like to be involved with every step of the way so I can learn the process before venturing out on my own.

You may benefit from a JV (joint venture)

As it stands I am working 18+ hours per day between w2 and two other self ventures. 

I'd venture a guess that all the STR owners have nowhere near the funds the big casinos have to fight this.

I have experience in foreclosure properties, but have not ventured much into obtaining information and acquisition of foreclosure.

Advice wanted and needed:My company has historically invested in 4 unit apartment buildings and this is our first venture into a 10+ unit.
