I'm a beginner investor in Savannah, Ga. Wholesale or Rehab?

I have a few people lined up for cash buyers and private money lending and some of my own money saved up. This would be my first deal. Should I wholesale first or just rehab. I'm more interested in the rehab part but I hear alot of people saying to start with wholesaling.
