As far as "risking" money paying for the inspection, you are doing that with any deal that you buy.You hit something on the head that is important, once the tenants vacate the compeition will increase greatly.

But she'll probably be just as rude through those communication methods also.If she 's month-to-month or her lease is coming up, it might just be time to give her a Notice to Vacate or inform her the lease is not being renewed, via how/when is allowed in your jurisdiction.Everyone's "line" is different, but I have learned not to tolerate tenants who don't communicate with me professionally and/or don't communicate at all.

My friend is moving in the next couple of month and was hoping to sell the trailer and go on a small vacation with the money.He just found out that the person who was appointed to transfer the sale to my friends name never did and he even apparently lost the contract that he the church and the previous owner had made.
