Here in Cleveland, Ohio the supply of good investment properties is tight in the middle to high priced areas with abundant opportunity for those with more tolerance for the inner city.  

There is a good update website where I read about this www.llblueprint.com They seem to be in the loop somehow and they return email questions too which is nice.  

They also have an awesome albeit pricey software suite to help with the task, but it's the blog, landing pages, email marketing all in one.
