Had to resubmit a Plans and Study reports. - On the building plans, everything was plan-checked except the structural for 1 1/2 months, and I resubmitted the rest of the building plans and the structural had not even been ASSIGNED to a reviewer yet. - Never got a straight answer out of the PM (either admit to screwing up or they're just backed up)- Everything is submitted, We are basically in a hold until we hear back from them.

I’ve been studying real estate investing for a few months and thought it was about time I introduce myself!

Study the data, follow the local business news, look at future job growth projections, talk to the economic development committee or organization.  

What I have noticed since I started studying real estate, is that most of the houses we paint are houses that are being fixed up so that they can be put on the market.

I'm studying to be a successful real estate investor like everybody else.
