Hi BiggerPockets!

I've been studying real estate investing for a few months and thought it was about time I introduce myself! The resources on here are awesome. I've been renting in the Stamford area for a few years and I guess that is what initially sparked my interest in real estate investing. I became curious about the multi-family properties I was living in, how they were acquired and how much cash flow they were bringing in. I'm hoping to buy and hold my first property (SFH) by the fall in the Stamford/Norwalk area with an FHA and get 1-2 tenants to live with me. My goals revolve around generating income that can help free up my time when I decide to have a family and raise children. I have a real interest in flipping as well and I'm excited to learn more about the process.
