My name is Daniel. I'm studying to be a successful real estate investor like everybody else. I ordered few cd's from Legrand and hopefully it will help me in the subject. Been watching a lot of videos on youtube and currently reading, "Flipping Houses Exposed" by Danny Johnson. I guess what i really want is to get ready to make my first deal, and create some cash flow. Get my feet wet, sort of speak.
