If you're looking to sell, your best bet is to find either; 1) Fire Damage Restoration companies, that also do rehabs (the lingo restoration companies use will be either "rebuilds," or "recons").

Id probably shy away from certain condo buildings with the high fees, but reasonable fee buildings or rowhouses are always a good bet.

Your best bet is to get the owner's permission (in writing, preferably on the contract) so you don't have to worry about any legal ramifications or people getting frustrated that you're advertising or showing a property you don't own.
