Hi Richard,I know that South Riverside county has some decent pricing with good DSC if you're looking for buy and holds.

You can probably build a brand spanking new building in the worst neighborhood of south Dallas, do you think you'll have a waiting list of lawyers and doctors waiting to rent there?
