New to BP and looking to start investing in rental property :)
Hello All,
My name is Richard Santana, I am 28 years old and a high school engineering teacher. My wife and I purchased our first house 2 years ago in December and an looking to pull a HELOC or see a lender to purchase our first rental property. I am excited but a little nervous because it is California and everything is really expensive here. I am going into this with an open mind and high hopes to make a little money now and wealth in the future. I am a very motivated individual, and looking to learn as much from you guys as possible. Anything tips that you guys can send my way is greatly appreciated.
