My guests are mostly travel nurses, medical residents, families dropping off/visiting their kids at school, or people going to entertainment shows nearby. 

Some people...just like some on BP - are plain nuts or need to be on medication.  

Oddly enough it's a great rental community because nearly everyone that I live near is military or has something to do with the medical school in Little Rock.

I do live very close to a hospital, a major employer in the area, so good suggestion to look for medical professionals.

It's diverse but mostly state employment, medical research, energy, a major air force base and boeing.

Similar experience here...medical center area market has saved my ars.

Columbus has seen great appreciation with many new jobs being created from large expansions by companies such as Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's hospital and Wexner Medical Center.
