Which cities to invest in Arizona for LTR?

Gree Raj
Posted

Hi All,

I am a newbie investor with a couple of OOS LTRs in Texas. I am looking to diversify in other states and considering Arizona as an option. Would appreciate any pointers on the LTR opportunities and recommendations for investor focused realtors in the area.

Thanks!

Hi @Gree Raj congratulations on diversifying outside of TX.

With the new Taiwan Semiconductor plant debuting in NW Phoenix, also spurring the growth of supplier companies, I would look at Peoria and North Phoenix along the Loop 303 corridor (west) as long-term LTR opportunities. Other North Phoenix neighborhoods could be good options as well.

There are still affordable spots and also other economic drivers that make NW Phoenix worth a look.

We have employment centers all around Metro Phoenix, so there are other areas you might want to consider. Chandler, Gilbert, certain areas of Mesa.

If you are wanting to connect with local investor-friendly lenders, I’m happy to share lenders my BiggerPockets buyers have used when acquiring multiple properties here.

Happy to share specifics if I can be of help!

Melanie
