Are monthly membership dues based on the start of month as in June 1st to June 30. or based on 30 days from the date you sign up ? 

Some lender will not allow dry closing (mostly none escrows – wet states) this because the borrower is paying interest from the closing date (paper work done) although the borrower never took position of the property.

I haven;t done a rehab in 3 years and wanted to get a feel for any up to date, ironclad P & S agreements.

I am closing on two SFRs at the end of June and I want to start pre-marketing them for an August move in date.
