The softening in rents was over the past 2-3 months, once rates rose above 7. 

I plan on getting a tax professional to handle all this, but any color or context I can put to the question would be helpful. 

We have a ton of comforters on the shelf (those Charisma ones from Costco) and I just keep buying new ones for the new colors. :)

Cost less than the other 5 gallons and you can choose your colors.

@Cassandra Weesies can’t go wrong with neutral colors.

So we had to buy two more different color of paints and more brushes, painters tapes.. etc.

-I'll probably stick with 3 or 4 shades of color, each room will have one wall color and an off white for the ceiling.

Buy similar colors and one of those 5-gallon buckets to mix it up in.And @Steve Vaughan, you can mix up your custom color, then pour the leftovers into a new paint can.

I already have a portion of important docs saved there (door key info, floorplans, maintenance manuals, paint colors, sku #s for materials, business docs like articles of incorporation, blank rental apps, estoppels, other info) so I have access to them remotely.

Some buyers will nit-pick over wall color or they'll walk away from a $400,000 deal because of a $400 fix.I would feel comfortable reviewing two full reports and making a decision based on that.
