Biggest piece of advice I have is to find ways to add value to others in the industry and hit the ground running.

Or get an agent and pay retail like everyone else?

Will it be retail to a buyer who wants everything fixed up?

Hey all, I am a new-ish investor who's completed a couple of relatively low repair cost flips.Because of my relative inexperience to the industry wondering if someone here (or someone recommended) could assist me in estimating the costs of repairs on a house I am looking to purchase and flip?

We bought this as a wholesale and wound up selling it on the retail market to an end user for under retail finished price.

My mentor worked in the same industry but is also an REI.

So far, have been a solo investor but open to meeting same-minded industry colleagues who would like to grow their portfolio.
