Just starting...taking the leap!
BiggerPockets Family,
I recently decided to take the leap into multi-family investing. So far, I've spent most of my time reading/watching videos to understand the commercial real estate world, and now I'm looking to move from theory to practice. I've heard and read you should speak with someone who has gone through the journey when first starting out. Therefore, I would love to chat with someone about their experience or maybe grab lunch (outdoors) if you are located in the Atlanta area.
Look forward to connecting.
Best,
Donato W.

Very nice Donato, I also got more involved in multi during 2021. Biggest piece of advice I have is to find ways to add value to others in the industry and hit the ground running. You will learn multitudes more by active experience (whether this be UW, broker relationships, capital raising, etc) vs. listening to podcasts and reading books.
