When you pay yourself back, you're that much further ahead...not sexy products, but very functional when structured correctly. 

My current focus is on multifamily in the Phoenix, AZ area, DFW TX area, and looking around here in Southern CA.I do plan to diversify and do some Flips as well as Buy and Hold.I'll reach out to you guys that replied to my post.Thanks!

This particular property was in a location where inventory moves a little slower (but not too much slower) and the layout was flawed by design with few options to correct it.
