Landlord insurance for Single Family Home NY

Hi,

I am about to become a first time landlord and was hoping someone could shed some light on what type of insurance I should be looking into for renting out a single family home. And also how much I should anticipate to pay - house is 2 bedroom 1100 sq ft and located in NY.

Would appreciate any advice!
