Yes, Indy is a great market AND very active at the moment.As a general rule of thumb, one can't really filter by zip code here since it's very street by street.I would suggest [as always] start off by interview several property managers BEFORE looking at any property.

Zip code level data is alright if that's the best you can get but many zip codes can have a wide range of areas within them so you'll get a better picture if you can drill down into smaller areas like census tracts.

A different case number against yours and it would be a competing probate case.To be more clear see CA probate code 11701.Make sure you keep your appointment and most of your questions will be answered.I hear Paul Horn is a good source as a probate/CPA attorney in your area.
