Previously this program was only available to people who did not already own residential real estate.

The entire process is complex so there's a reason people host seminars, write books and have coaching programs to teach the process.

My biggest concern is that it doesn't appear as though you are setting aside reserves in your expenses.

Also a lot of states are struggling with their pension programs  mine included.
