Hi There - was referred to this site by Jon Klaus and just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I'm late to the BP party but looking forward to getting involved! I'm an investor in Dallas that has been flipping casually for about 15 years, but beginning to take our business to the next level.  I've also started working with another great guy and BP pro, Jerry Puckett, who is going to help me jumpstart this program with his expertise.  Both guys are great resources and are helping me to think "big picture". 

I used to be a real estate agent, and I've focused mostly in residential flips over the years. My father has been trying to get me to invest in commercial (his wheelhouse) for the last decade, and after seeing his portfolio grow in that timespan, I'm kicking myself for not starting that journey sooner.  Anyhow, c'est la vie!
