There are 4 water heaters for the building.I found out that the washing machine is hooked up to one of the tenants water heaters, so he is paying to heat the water for all of the tenants doing laundry.

I took everything out, washed the mold spots with bleach water and sprayed with special mold killer and informed my contractor of everything and requested that a mold inspection be done to be sure that it was all taken care of.

Ironically, the caffiene and good food is fuel so you can worry about making deals, not cooking pasta and washing dishes.Then I added 2-3 international trips per year, same effect.
