Using the lessons I learned on Steve Rozenberg’s video, I’ve settle on Pittsburgh, PA and it’s surrounding proximity.

Demand is high due to military bases, tourism, limited land, proximity to beach and other amenities. 

The physical transformation and I’m not sure we are in to larger buildings etc… but maybe? 

I wake up at 5, then will do something physical such as run or work out.
