I just watched it for entertainment purposes strictly.. at least I thought.   

We all used to question his choice of cars, houses, food, entertainment, etc. and now he has the last laugh. 

You are also making a choice to evict a tenant, who isn't that far behind in the scope of things and fire a PM over actions that have yet to happen with no regard to its impact on your bottom line or even entertain the thought that it could have been avoided if you had aced differently.

They can also set up a master key system for you if you want... you have a key that lets you into all your properties, while your tenants can only get into their own property.The lever handles they sell come with optional through bolts that the handle manufacturer recommends for frequently used doors, and I found it somewhat "entertaining" to install those bolts... the holes have to be aligned *very* well.  

I am a mechanical engineer by trade, but have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and entertaining the idea of investing in real estate for around three years now.My plan is to get into buy and hold rental properties, particularly multi-family.  

I am just some dolt on the internet (and not a local dolt), and my advice should be used for entertainment purposes only.
