Hello everyone, my name is Aaron and I am a born and raised Okie (Oklahoman) that has transplanted to Phoenix, Arizona in the last year.  I am a mechanical engineer by trade, but have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and entertaining the idea of investing in real estate for around three years now.

My plan is to get into buy and hold rental properties, particularly multi-family.  I am looking to get my feet wet with a single-family or condo rental before branching out to larger investments.  My goal is to have a net worth of $10 million by age 50 (I am 29 now), but my secondary goal is to get to the point where my primary number goal is thinking too small!

I will be attending the Phoenix REIA meeting this Monday for the first time, so I hope to meet some of you there!
