In order to find good sheet rock crews just go drive flooded neighborhoods and go visit other houses where you see work going on.  

Depends on neighborhood and the vintage.

Also search rehab cost in BP and it should return lots of results

I have found some deals(after alot of analyzing and searching) but missed out due to acting too slowly, so another bit of advice if you find a deal, the numebrs work, and you know your market act quickly.Anyways hope that helps.

The municipal valuation is 1 227 000$, it has very good location (decent neighborhood) but most importantly less than a minute walk from the subway station.

For the past month I have been searching for a fix and flip in the Denver area and have found nothing.  

I have been searching the MLS for a month now for a multi unit in one of the five Burroughs and cannot seem to find a deal that seems like it would cashflow.

Plus, when you start to get 10 blocks away or so, you start to wonder if neighborhood conditions affect the prices (good or bad).
