As of today, we have risen another 3% nationwide average since July 2015.The Midwest, from Wisconsin to Texas, are on the higher end of the price recovery, compared to other parts of the country, like East and West coast.I hope this helps you. :)

@Pamela Starnes,For me, I haven't seen any quality properties that provide a good return and  do not need so much rehab that it is financially worth purchasing, especially when compared to SFR.

It was all about millennials and their needs for amenities, combined with affordability compared to NYC and Hoboken/JC.
