Rentvest Property Manager
Hi,
I am in the North DFW market. Couple of questions regarding property management.
1. Any experience with a property manager by the name - Rentvest (www.rentvesttx.com).
2. I am used to getting references before I do business with property managers. Is this common practice?
3. I like to review the contract before I say to a service. Is this common practice?
4. Monthly fixed flat fees seems a lot better than paying 8 to 10 % each month. On paper it looks good...but do not know if I am getting a bad property manager and no service in return when I go with a flat rate property manager.
Appreciate your inputs and advice on this matter.

Hey Viswanathan,
I am an owner of RentVest so my opinion will be bias but here are my answers to your questions below. We are a Nationwide company founded by Gentry Real Estate Group but have been in the DFW less than a year. But we have proven systems and procedures that delivers a great customer experience for our clients across all of our locations.
We always give out a copy of our owners agreement so the client can review in detail. We want to be as transparent as possible about our fees and our service.
Our flat monthly rate of $80 is catching on in the industry. More and more companies are switching to this model because of our success. We know it can seem like its to good to be true but thats why we have a cancel anytime policy, 3 month refund guarantee, and protect any tenant we place for 7 months. What this all means is we back up a low flat fee with guarantees that you will be amazed by our service. We protect you in case for some reason you do not like the service we give you.
I truly believe we are the best property company in the Dallas area. You will love our staff and they will take care of your investment property.
I hope you will find others that have experienced our service but if not here is a link to reviews at another location we opened in southern Arizona about a year ago. It is roughly the same size as the DFW location so will be are most comparable office.
