the well known HML will have good websites a brick and motor.. will not ask for up front money other than appraisal and credit report.what you have to be cautious of is the FAUX lenders that are advance fee pump and dump .. tons of those out there.they advertise rates to good to be true.. their English is a little off.. they have no real presence. etc.

Would go good with a Boat/RV/Vehicle storage location for onsite storage.

Yes if there were not enough spaces to park and I had to compete with another tenant I may or may not like every time I want to park my vehicle would be a nightmare.Is that normal for your area??
