What do you do to find their phone number to call/text or address to send mailers?

Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster.It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?

We have been tossing around the idea of purchasing a lot currently occupied by 3 mobile homes with the intention of holding them for a year or two and selling to build as many multifamily homes as we can fit. 

Hi Alecia, If it were my situation, I'd make an attempt to fulfill the obligation I committed to, and call #2.During the call, I'd try to get a feel for the individual regarding the excuses (childish and idiotic, or reality).Maybe Renter #2 is scheming Renter #1 somehow and does not want to be found out (Son of Sam or something).Or maybe Renter #2 is just the kind of person that does not follow through and then lies about it.Or maybe it's some kind of technical problem.Either way, if it were me, I'd be on a phone call with Renter #2 ASAP -- Because Time is money. 

Will you or your wife answer the phone for resident questions/maintenance requests? 

And am willing to share.From phone conversation with the appraisal and realtor.
