I'd say that a face to face meeting with a local attorney, ideally one who also invests would be your best bet..

Meet them for coffee.

We meet this coming Thursday at the Emerald Coast Convention center at 7pm.I also just started hosting a monthly investor networking every last Tuesday of the month.
