You buy a property, then you sell the property - there's nothing wrong with both of those happening on the same day.However, I have seen some posts/articles discussing wholesalers in various states getting fined by their state commission for acting as an agent without a license.

Hi everyone,New to this awesome site and obviously my first post, so quick background...reside in the Philadelphia surrounding area and held my RE license part time for a relatively short amount of time.

I'm getting settled now so on to the next chapter, next month I will start the courses for my real estate license.

Unless you are a Managing Broker (not sure what the title is in your state) having your own office and conducting RE sales in your name or your company's name, all of your licensed activities are done through your Managing Broker's name/company.Note, the commission check is written in the name of the Managing Broker, not your name.  

The variables I think I need to consider are:1) use of metal vs flex duct2) type of unit installed and warranty3) will permits be pulled / work done by licensed professionalI want to save money but don't want to create headaches.

I'm in the process of getting my real estate license and look forward to being an investor-friendly agent.

I'm a licensed Realtor both in PA and New Jersey so I have access to several profitable investment properties a month. 

I'm actually gonna get my pilots license this summer I hope - so someday we'll be able to meet halfway and maybe bring @Brian Burke with too!

I will be getting my license next week.

I cannot hold a real estate license due to a future full-time job, so I was wondering if I can assist in his duties and share a fee with him.
