Hoping someone is here that has a knowledge of both real estate and application development that will be able to assist.

I try and look for property's with the same characteristics as my subject home by trying to look for property's with the same bedroom and bathroom count but I feel like it's hard to find good comps or enough comps to actually get a good evaluation If anyone does anything different I would love to hear your feed back. 

I can’t help but feel like I’m getting taken advantage of by the PM.

There may be a few exceptions such as a foreclosure or the executor of an estate where they are not expected to have any first hand knowledge.

So, you feel you have to stick with them to "break even".
