I still need to see it, walk through, and have an expert GC or inspector help me understand issues and years remaining on major components/mechanical.The odd part is the owner-investor has a property management company manage it, owns a SFH rental next door (this one is a converted triplex), and has other rentals.

They can cancel a permit usually done before the inspector comes out , after its inspected its a bit harder , but remember , the inspector generally knows the plumbers.

Rob has signed the contract and we are just waiting to get it back from the seller at this point and then the inspection/due diligence period will begin.The plan is to get the fully executed contract to Rob's mortgage broker ASAP after we receive it back from the seller, as the process with a FHA loan here in CT tends to take longer so we want to get the ball rolling on that as soon as we can.Also, we will have Rob's home inspector ready to go as well which is obviously a crucial part of the process as well.In the meantime Rob will also be making a decision on the attorney he will be hiring as well.

i need help from anyone in the albany area of new york.i am planing to look at a house i want to buy that is close to the 90 in between utica and albany closer to schenectady than utica..... long story short its my first real project and first property in new york state so my main concern is i would like an inspector to come out and inspect the house with me.

Francisville is an upcoming area, so city inspectors are constantly checking if you have the permits to do the rehabs and make sure things are done the right way.The properties I did with similar spaces cost me $80 to $120 and they got sold in less than 15 days.
