The typical Team members are Attornies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or accountants), Inspectors, and Genral Contractors, As soon as you close on a property just get an insurance policy that will protect you if there is a loss.Also, as soon as you can after closing, change the exterior door locks.

After you go through that they will let you know what the fair market rent is for you property, which I think is based partly on how the inspector is feeling that day and I have a feeling they base some of the rent value off zillows rent zestimate.
