Hello from Indianapolis,

I have been reading and listening to this site for the last several months.  First of all, Thank you Josh and Brandon.  The amount of information on this site is incredible. I have listened to almost every podcast, some more than once.  I've ordered and read Brandon's books. The Book on managing rental properties is an amazingly detailed and thorough reference manual.  Great job!

I moved to Indy about twenty years ago. Since then I've bought a couple primary residences and have an SFR that my wife and I have owned and managed for the last several years. I have a decent knowledge of finance and accounting via a finance degree and have gained some experience managing our own rental.

2011 our first son was born. In the blink of an eye and two babies later, I relize how much my job keeps me away from my family.  How did they get so big so fast?

It's time to get serious about real estate investing, learning about and building a portfolio that will eventually allow me to spend that quality time with my family.

We would like to acquire multi family buildings in the central Indiana area . More specifically, North Indianapolis, Carmel, fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville and Whitestown.  I am interested in Buy and hold 10 - 30 unit buildings.

I am looking forward to being part of this community and thankful for the resources available here.

Jim
