For some reason there are 3 APNs for 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, that's just one of the three.Your agent or loan officer shouldn't have any issue with taking 5 seconds to pull that up and email it to you, provided you're not asking for 50 a week.The one I use (which is just the one from the title company with the cleanest UI) says "Property profile: 470 of 500 remaining," implying that there is/should be some monthly charge or limit, but every time it drops below 450 it resets for 500.

I do remember you drew and I saw your profile a couple days ago and was wondering if it was the same guy from County High.  

My profile is incomplete but I'm a journalist hoping to retire in 4 years or less by investing in real estate.

I was under the impression that even if it was bought cash it still needed seasoned to pull full amount out.
