Hello,I am beginning the hunt for my first property.

But do the rates for these places have those fees baked in?

I see others in my industry that borrower construction money from the wrong lenders because they thought they were getting the best rates etc and first little hiccup and those lenders put the screws to the borrower.. 

More specifically any info you can share around tools you use to receive applications, background & credit checks, analyze the applications and rank and rate the applicants.  

The rates in July 2022 were around 1.5% and now 4.8%.  

They pay me $2,969.80 on the first of every month. 

During the first year, my tenant failed to pay rent on time and sometimes we had to threaten him with eviction letters.

I am trying to purchase my first property at the end of the year and get started in my RE career.

What is the going rate for farm and ranch leases to get an ag exemption?
