I currently work in a small family owned real estate firm, am an IL licensed broker, and have experience in property management, project management/capital improvements, and brokerage on the commercial/industrial side. 

I was looking around Allentown, PA, but the rents are pretty low for the purchase price...I'm so eager to fix up a place to rent out to a nice family.
