Introverted Real Estate Investors

Hello BP...

On one of my many commutes home from work, I came to the realization that when it comes to prospecting new seller leads, there are certain methods I refuse to do, and some that I tend to cringe over. Prospecting efforts like door-knocking and cold-calling I can honestly say, I DO NOT LIKE. It's because i have a very introverted personality. I'm never "the life of the party," nor am I much for a whole lot of conversation. However, I have "mentors" telling me cold-calling and door-knocking is best if you have no marketing budget to do mailers, social media ads, etc. However, if motivated sellers happen to call from my website, or potentially from a bandit sign...that works for me (or it would if it ever happened)

I'm a firm believer that "there is more than one way to skin a cat." If there are any other introverted investors out there who don't care for door-knocking and cold-calling, in what ways do you find/obtain motivated seller leads; outside of paid marketing efforts?
