I was worried for a minute when the county mailed a survey to me asking how I felt about STR’s, but now that the review of their system is over, I feel confident that they won’t make any more major changes here for a while.

But find a rental model that feels comfortable to you (house-hacking, it seems?)

They can’t review the “hot” deal their broker just sent them because they’re too busy categorizing emails in color coded category’; they can’t attend the on line networking session because they need to switch over to a more detailed CRM system; they can’t visit the property going up for auction because their scheduled weekly garage cleaning is running overtime…..The Educator – This person never feels they have enough knowledge, experience or education to properly evaluate an investment.

It's also totally fine to hop around from broker to broker if you feel like you're out of a shared runway.

One of my considerations is to further improve the value by taking a renovation loan, however I'm concerned because of the neighborhood values that investing more money into the home won't net me much profit whether I sell or rent.I feel a little stuck here and I don't want to fall to my limited knowledge, so I'm here reaching out for some guidance.Thank you in advance for any advice or support.
