The only glitch will be government over-regulation.

This statute also references Section 8-113a which states, “Elderly persons means…persons who have been certified by the Social Security Board as being totally disabled under the federal Social Security Act or certified by any other federal board or agency as being totally disabled.”

We both have day jobs and struggle to find time to make critical calls to government offices that are only open when we are working.

The federal moratorium ended but I just see this trickling down to the states and local moratoriums.  

“If a federally imposed eviction moratorium is to continue, Congress must specifically authorize it.”Soon tenants will be required to pay for their lodging or loose their lodging.   

I'm sure Pennsylvania has some statute that governs when you can file these notices. 

Especially when one has an order of eviction from the court or a paper from the government (HuD-Section 8) stating that the tenant must move.
