SCOTUS rejects latest CDC eviction moratorium

The Supreme Court rejected the Biden administration’s latest moratorium on evictions. 

“If a federally imposed eviction moratorium is to continue, Congress must specifically authorize it.”

Soon tenants will be required to pay for their lodging or loose their lodging.
