One of the biggest fears of some.Easy to do a lot of things.

First time could be scary but I hope to overcome all the fears I have...

I see lots of people get into deals they should not out of fear of paying tax.. look at it this way you have 170k of tax free money  take your time choose wisely.

My fear is that I give the tenants their 2 month notice and then the tenant-landlord nightmare starts.

I WILL add though...don't let any fear of math or lack of "mastering algebra" keep you out of the game.

Insanity. if you have done your DD and have bought in the right areas at the right price then you have nothing to fear regardless of what happens.
